Air Fryer Mozzarella-Stuffed Meatballs

  • 0.5 kgs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 300 grams fresh mozzarella, cut into 16 cubes
  • Marinara, for serving


  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. 
  • Scoop about 2 tablespoons of meat and flatten into a patty in your hand. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and pinch meat up around cheese and roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining meat to make 16 total meatballs. 
  • Working in batches as needed, place meatballs in basket of air fryer and cook at 370° for 12 minutes. 
  • Serve with warmed marinara.
